Bayside Connected Therapy is a therapeutic practice supporting individuals in Seaford, Frankston, Mornington and surrounding suburbs. Noeleen is the founder, a proud Melbourne mother of two, and a published author. She is a firm believer that relationships are the key to recovery, and she is very passionate about evidenced based practice.
With over 12 years’ experience working in the Child, Youth and Family sector her skillset is very diverse. Noeleen has extensive frontline clinical experience, complemented by a proven track record of clinical leadership across complex service environments. Drawing on extensive experience across a variety of settings and client groups, Noeleen's areas of expertise include:

A session that occurs with a parent and a child will not feel clinical, intimidating or anxiety provoking. Noeleen loves to includes the power of play and art in session, helping to create a sense of safety and a space that feels natural for children and young people. Her experience facilitating Therapeutic Lifestory Work for young people in care has provided has equipped her with unique skills in building attunement between the child and the parent.
Bayside Connected Therapy also supports people experiencing marital issues or relationship issues using the Gottman Method. The Gottman method is an evidence based therapeutic modality that has efficacy in marriage and couples therapy. Couples therapy in Melbourne is becoming more in demand than ever and the truth is many couples fail to find effective therapy. The Gottman method shows that 75% of couples who complete the full program show significant improvements in relationship satisfaction, communication, conflict resolution.

Our practice provides couples therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
We are conveniently located for clients in Frankston, Seaford, Mornington, Chelsea, Mordialloc, Carrum Downs, and surrounding suburbs across the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside areas.
Many people choose in-person therapy when they want a dedicated space away from home to focus on their relationship or personal wellbeing.
For those who prefer flexibility, travel limitations, or the comfort of home, we also offer secure Telehealth therapy sessions anywhere in Australia.
