Halaxy encrypts all data both in transit and at rest, and stores information on secure Australian servers. Access to client records is strictly limited to authorized Bayside Connected Therapy practitioners and administrative staff for clinical and administrative purposes only. Client information will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law (for example, where there is a risk of harm or a legal obligation to disclose).

  • We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of online communication.
